For Prospective Students:

Thank you for your interest in the Minorities Striving and Pursuing Higher Degrees of Success Professional Development Program (MS PHD'S PDP)!

Our program provides professional development experiences to facilitate the advancement of minorities committed to achieving outstanding Earth system science careers. We do this through a three phase programming structure involving mentoring, in-house professional development activities, conference and networking activities, workshops, interactions with scientific organizations and federal agencies, and virtual engagement. Please email pdp@msphds.org with questions.
