Congratulations and welcome to the 2009-2011 Minorities Striving and Pursuing Higher Degrees of Success in Earth System Science Professional Development Program (MS PHD'S PDP) Cohort VII!

Phase I of the 2009-2011 MD PHD'S PDP will be held December 11th-18th in conjunction with the American Geophysical Union (AGU) fall meeting in San Francisco, California. On this website you will find all the forms, instructions, and resources to prepare for this exciting journey! As facilitators of this yearlong personal, academic and professional development experience, we are committed to your growth and success. In return we will require you to work hard, extend compassion and care to your cohort, and enjoy yourself in the process.

To begin, we will need you to complete the items listed to the right. Should you have questions, please email pdp@msphds.org.

Please note that it is important you meet all deadlines! Time is very limited and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to send you reminders. Please be conscientious and self-directed so that all items are completed correctly and within the deadlines. Please read instructions carefully.

All items with the exception of the Photo Release from should be mailed to pdp@msphds.org by the stated deadline.
